The Sewapolooza Event Team united!

 

In January 15 of us met in Chicago at the BERNINA Creative Center to begin training for the new Sewapolooza Roadshow. When we arrived in Chicago it was waaaay below zero and of course windy. The team assembled was from all over the country. It took just a few minutes for all of us to become fast friends! The BERNINA Event team consists of: Sandra Swick (me) Las Vegas, NV/Coeur d'Alene, ID; Shelly Fitzgerald Coeur d'Alene/Hayden, ID; Christine Gist Tucson, AZ; Carrie Wells Humble, TX; Kellie Rushing Desoto, TX; Lynn Lackey Cary, NC; Betsy Carlson Grand Rapids, MI; Tari Intardonato Keller, TX;  Nancy Bednar Brookfield, IL; Michelle Kratzer Port Charlotte, FL; Kathy Shalda Dallas, TX; Lorraine Wilkins Bend, OR; Lisa Veith Orland Park, IL; and Betty Stoltenburg Portland, OR. That about covers the country! We met with Connie Fanders, Debra Rutledge, Jeannie Delpit, and Deborah Cacciamani. Connie had samples of the "sets" we would be making and teaching. We made some samples and got a feel for the events. Then we all flew home to sew and sew and sew!
